If you go in aggressively, be prepared for a firefight. Once the Vagos are defeated, pick up the Fertilizer Cans and pour them over the weed to set it on fire.
Second Warehouse
After burning the weed in the first warehouse, Lamar and Franklin move on to the second warehouse. The approach can be stealthy or aggressive, similar to the first warehouse. After defeating the Vagos, use the Fertilizer Cans to burn the weed. Be prepared for more Vagos to arrive on the scene.
Escape
Once both warehouses are destroyed, Lamar and Franklin must escape. They can use the Technical Custom with a mounted .50 caliber gun to fend off the Vagos. Expect to be chased by Vagos in lowrider Manana Customs, Faction Customs, Buccaneer Custom, Sanchez motorcycles, and a Buzzard Attack Chopper.
