Yes. Using any cheat disables Achievements and Trophies for the current session. Reload a save to re-enable them.
How do I enter a cheat on PS5, PS4 or Xbox?

How do I enter cheats on PC?
Press the tilde key (~) to open the cheat console, type the code (for example PAINKILLER) and press Enter. Phone numbers also work on PC.
How do I enter a phone cheat in GTA 5?
Open your character's in-game phone, bring up the dial pad, type the 1-999 number and press call. It works on every platform.
Can cheats be saved?
No. Cheats are not permanent: they turn off when you reload or restart the game, so you must enter them again.
