How many chips do Playing Cards pay?
The first five cards you collect each give 100 chips. Each card after that gives 50 chips more than the one before, and the 54th card pays 2550 chips. Add it all up and you receive 66,650 chips. The chips are for use at the casino, and you also get RP with every card.
Where the cards are
The cards are placed outdoors or inside buildings such as 24/7 stores. You can collect them in any order. The list below starts in the north around Paleto Bay and works south.

Full set rewards
When you hold the whole deck, the High Roller outfit unlocks together with a new deck of playing cards on the private table inside the Master Penthouse, a decoration for the Penthouse and an exclusive item for Red Dead Online.
