GTA Online Signal Jammers are 50 destructible transmitters hidden across San Andreas, added by The Diamond Casino Heist update on December 12, 2019. Each one pays $2,000, and destroying all of them unlocks Avi Schwartzman as a Support Crew Member for the casino heist.

How to destroy Signal Jammers
Almost any weapon will break a jammer. Homing missiles, such as those on some vehicles or from the Homing Launcher, can lock onto them, which makes the hunt faster. Look for what seem to be two main antennae with blinking red lights, which are easiest to spot at night. When you are close enough you also hear a two-tone beep that matches the blinking.
The idea is that Avi Schwartzman believes the government has been blocking his radio transmissions for years. Take out the jammers and he makes it worth your while.

Not the same as the Air Freight Cargo mission
There is also an Air Freight Cargo steal mission called Signal Jammers, added with the Smuggler’s Run update. In it, Ron gives you an FH-1 Hunter to destroy 7 jammers if you play alone, or 14 if you have at least one member in your organization, before you reveal and steal the cargo.
