The GTA Online Secret Fort Zancudo Lab is a research lab inside the secret Fort Zancudo Bunker, and the way in is a UFO abduction during the Sightseeing Halloween event. From the 2023 event onward, each Stage 3 UFO abduction has a 25% chance of sending you there. In 2024 and 2025, opening a crate in the lab gives a reward.

How to reach the secret Fort Zancudo lab
- Play during Stage 3, the last part of the event, when UFOs arrive at 7:30 PM and stay until 6:30 AM.
- Walk into the beam of light of a UFO on foot. Some beams can only be reached from a rooftop.
- You are abducted and wake up in a new spot in the UFO Boxer Shorts. One time in four, that spot is the lab inside the secret Fort Zancudo Bunker.
- If you wake up elsewhere, you can try again. The abduction can be repeated, although your character is killed each time.
