The GTA Online UFO Tattoo, also called the Alien Tattoo, is a back tattoo added by the Arena War update. It covers the whole back with an abstract UFO beaming to the ground, and you get it through a long, partly random chain: 600 bunker resupplies, a hidden Alien Egg resupply mission and a stormy night at a Nightclub.

How to get the UFO Tattoo step by step
- Complete 600 bunker resupply missions. This unlocks a chance to receive a hidden Alien Egg resupply mission.
- Finish the Alien Egg resupply mission when it appears.
- Go to your Nightclub on a night with stormy, rainy or snowy weather, between 1am and 4am.
- Drink Macbeth whisky until you pass out.
- With some luck you respawn on top of Mount Chiliad and see a UFO flying away. The tattoo is applied to your back.
The last step is random, so you may need to repeat it. After the UFO encounter, the tattoo shows up in any Tattoo Parlor under Torso – Back Full. You can remove it or apply it again for $100.
About the Alien Egg resupply mission
Aliens only appear in GTA Online during a secret resupply mission. It is tied to the Gunrunning update, where a special resupply job was added. For other secret unlocks, check the Epsilon outfit or Play as Bigfoot.
