GTA Online Most Wanted Leroy O’Neil is the fifth bounty in the Bottom Dollar Bounties update, and the one where the hunter becomes the hunted. Leroy is a member of the O’Neil Brothers family in Blaine County, and his cousins set a trap for the bail enforcement agent. This page covers the story and setup of the mission, which is in the Most Wanted Bounty missions.
Key facts
- Mission name: Most Wanted – O’Neil, and the target can be killed
- Target: Leroy O’Neil, a methamphetamine dealer armed with a Pistol
- Home: O’Neil Ranch, Grapeseed, Blaine County
- Update: Bottom Dollar Bounties, set in the summer of 2024

Who is Leroy O’Neil
Leroy is wanted on multiple charges, including the murder of two LSPD cops, reportedly with his bare hands. In reality he is only an accessory to murder, and his meth-dealing cousins committed the crimes. He is played by Nicolas Greco and, unlike other prominent O’Neil Brothers, has a unique character model.
How the Leroy O’Neil mission plays out
- Corrupt LSPD cops on the O’Neil payroll warn the family that a new bail enforcement business is hunting Leroy.
- The O’Neils use Leroy as bait and lure you to a Derelict Motel in Sandy Shores, presented as his last known location.
- You are ambushed and captured, then locked in the basement of the O’Neil Ranch with no clothes. Your weapons, armor and clothing are hidden around the ranch.
- Escape the basement and the ranch, and take out Leroy’s cousins on the farm.
- Capture or kill Leroy to finish the bounty.
Not the other Leroy
Do not confuse him with Leroy from the Families, a friend of Lamar who owns Leroy’s Electricals and appears in the Caught Napping mission. They are separate characters.
