Public reconstructions of Leonida, as reported by the press, place Port Gellhorn on the west coast, around a partly enclosed bay, far from the glamour of Vice City. Rockstar has not published a map, so treat that position as approximate. The map below is centered on that coast.

Rockstar describes Port Gellhorn as Leonida’s forgotten coast: cheap motels, shut-down attractions and empty strip malls in a faded holiday town, where a new economy runs on malt liquor, painkillers and energy drinks. Its official tagline is “Jump on a dirt bike and hold onto your wallet.”

The screenshots match that mood. Two neon signs are clearly readable: the Starlet Motel and the Delights Cabaret, which advertises being open all night. Others show a back-room meeting, a deal through a car window and a rowdy night gathering around a fire.
