GTA 6 Soundtrack: Justice’s Score, ‘Flower in a Hurricane’, the Album and Radio Stations

The GTA 6 soundtrack is finally taking shape. In five weeks, Rockstar Games has announced a 34-track companion album, previewed six in-game radio stations and confirmed that the French duo Justice composed the original score. The launch trailer then gave us the first taste of that music with a brand-new Justice song, “Flower in a Hurricane”. Here is everything confirmed about the music of Grand Theft Auto VI, and what Rockstar is still holding back.

Key facts

  • Justice composed the original score for Grand Theft Auto VI, and the 90-second launch trailer of October 15, 2026 uses their music.
  • “Flower in a Hurricane” is a Justice single featuring Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, and it will be on the album.
  • Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album has 34 original tracks and arrives on November 19, 2026, the same day as the game.
  • Six singles from the album have been out since September 17, and 28 tracks are still unrevealed.
  • Six in-game radio stations were previewed on October 8, and the game adds on-demand podcasts for the first time in the series.

Justice composed the GTA 6 original score

The biggest music reveal so far is who wrote the game’s score. Justice, the Paris duo of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, are credited with the original score of Grand Theft Auto VI, as reported by Spin and VGC. Rockstar’s launch trailer of October 15 uses original Justice music, which is the first time players have heard the score in action.

That trailer is about 90 seconds long, and Rockstar says every shot was captured on PS5. You can read our launch trailer breakdown for the visual details. What matters here is that the music was not an afterthought: the score is built into the way Rockstar is selling the game.

Two things are still unknown. No list of the score’s cues has been published in the coverage we reviewed, and Rockstar has not said whether the score will get its own album. According to Spin, details of a standalone Justice release have not been announced.

“Flower in a Hurricane”: the launch trailer song

The song everyone searched for after October 15 is “Flower in a Hurricane”, the first big moment of the GTA 6 soundtrack. It is a new Justice single featuring Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, and part of it plays in the launch trailer. VGC reports that the full track will appear on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album.

The collaboration reunites Justice with Kevin Parker of Tame Impala, as noted by Spin. The title also fits a game where storms are a feature. Game Informer described hurricanes and tropical storms in Leonida, which we covered in our weather system guide. Rockstar has not said the song and the weather are connected, so treat that as a nice coincidence, not a confirmed link.

Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album: 34 tracks and six singles

Rockstar announced the companion album on September 17, 2026. It contains 34 original songs, was made in partnership with Atlantic Records, and is due on November 19. Only six tracks have been shared so far, and they are already on the major streaming platforms:

Artist Song
Yung Lean (feat. Future & Metro Boomin) “That’s It”
Travis Scott “RHYNO”
CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. & Etienne de Crécy “Sexy Magic”
Morgan Wallen “Last Thing You Need”
Rauw Alejandro “Macacoa 2000”
Keith Richards “Bright Lights, Big City”

Consequence notes that “RHYNO” is produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo of Daft Punk. That production credit has fueled talk of a Daft Punk reunion online, but nothing Rockstar or the artists have published goes beyond the credit itself.

Physical editions are available to pre-order. NBC Los Angeles reported US prices of $19.98 for the CD, $49.98 for a splatter vinyl and $124.98 for a limited-edition liquid-filled vinyl. The game itself launches on the same date, so the GTA 6 soundtrack album and the game arrive together. For the dates around launch week, see our GTA 6 release date page.

GTA 6 radio stations and on-demand podcasts

The in-game radio is the biggest part of the GTA 6 soundtrack. On October 8, Rockstar updated the official Grand Theft Auto VI music website with previews of six in-game radio stations, as reported by Gematsu. Each one has on-air hosts, listed here under the names Rockstar gives them:

Station Style On-air hosts
Cocoteo FM Latin: bachata, merengue, dembow, reggaeton El Martillo and La Gata
Back Country Radio Renegade country MW and Delta Dawne, with Mud Dog Mike reporting from an airboat
AfroBank FM African music, from classics to amapiano and 3-step Burna and Palmsy
The Chamber 106.6 Classic metal from the 80s and beyond DJ Kerry and DJ Tom
Flash FM Pop Robyn and Alex
Dirty South Classics Regional rap and hip-hop classics Trick and Trina

Two features are new for the series. GTA 6 includes on-demand podcasts, and you can listen to radio and podcasts on foot as well as in vehicles, using headphones or earbuds connected to your character’s smartphone. We covered the first reaction in our leak and radio news roundup.

What is still unconfirmed about the GTA 6 soundtrack

Rockstar has revealed a lot about the GTA 6 soundtrack, but several big questions remain open:

  • 28 album tracks are still hidden. Consequence reports that the rest will be revealed at a later date.
  • The Justice score has no announced standalone release, and it is unclear how much of it will be on the album.
  • The full radio lineup has not been published. Only six stations have been previewed.
  • The songs on each station are not officially listed in the coverage we reviewed, so any complete tracklist you see online is a guess.

Anything labeled a “full GTA 6 soundtrack leak” should be treated with caution until Rockstar publishes it.

How to listen before launch

You do not have to wait for November to hear the GTA 6 soundtrack. Here is how to start today:
