GTA 5 Offroad Races are a series of six point-to-point races that any protagonist can run once Ron texts you after the mission Mr. Philips. Four races use bikes or ATVs and two use off-road trucks. Every win pays 500 dollars, and medals count toward the Hobbies and Pastimes part of 100% completion.

Rules and tips
To open a race you must finish the one before it. Unlike the Hao Street Races, these are open to any protagonist. You can enter with a modified personal vehicle as long as it fits the race’s vehicle class. Otherwise the game gives you a random vehicle on the start grid.
Winning the first race as each protagonist puts the Moto X outfit in that character’s wardrobe, so it is worth running it with all three. A race fails if you are wasted or busted, abandon the race or your vehicle, have the vehicle destroyed, or threaten the other racers. Since Mineward Spiral only runs at night, check the clock before you drive out. You can find all start points on the GTA 5 map.
