Snowmen debuted in the Festive Surprise 2022 event, as part of the continuation of the Los Santos Drug Wars update.
Key facts
- Collectible: 25 Snowmen around Los Santos and Blaine County
- Reward per snowman: $5,000 and 1,000 RP
- Completion reward: the Snowman Outfit and an extra 125,000 GTA$
- Event: first added in Festive Surprise 2022; uncollected snowmen returned for Festive Surprise 2023, 2024 and 2025
How to find and destroy the Snowmen
Sleigh bells play on a loop when you are within 75 meters of a snowman, and the sound stops once it is destroyed. After you destroy the first one, you can track all 25 in the Collectibles section of the Interaction Menu. Your count is in the Inventory section and reads 25/25 when you are done.
Any of these will destroy a snowman:
- Ramming it with a vehicle, even at average speed; every occupant gets credit, not just the driver
- Three snowball hits
- Heavy weapons and explosives, including EMPs and vehicle rockets
- A Firework Launcher, which may need several hits
- Fire damage; the snowman may not count as destroyed until the flames melt its base
