In GTA Online, HVY Menacer gameplay is about weight and firepower rather than speed. The first thing you notice is the lack of speed. It is slower than the Nightshark or the Insurgent Pick-Up Custom, and it often struggles to push or run over other vehicles. Its low profile limits it over small obstacles in comparison to the Insurgent. It has enough torque and initial acceleration to climb steep hills, though.
Menacer weapons and crew
A set of machine guns is mounted next to the rectangular details on the front end. On the roof there is a machine gun turret that resembles a Browning M2HB, and this turret can be swapped for a three-barreled minigun that looks like a GAU-19. The fifth seat belongs to the gunner, so a full crew of five can drive, ride along and shoot at the same time.
