GTA 5 Property Management covers the side missions that start after you buy a business in Los Santos or Blaine County. A manager texts you with a problem, and ignoring it will most likely cut that week’s income. This guide lists the businesses you can buy.

Properties are marked on the map and bought by walking up to the For Sale sign. Some are limited to one character, as the owner column shows.

Unlock conditions to watch
- After the Vangelico heist, Michael and Franklin cannot be played until Friends Reunited, so they cannot buy anything. Until then Trevor can only buy in Blaine County.
- Tequi-la-la only becomes available after the Vinewood Souvenirs mission with Willy, played as Trevor, though anyone can buy it.
- The LSPD Auto Impound opens after Franklin finishes all of Tonya Wiggins‘ side missions.
- The Sonar Collections Dock opens after The Merryweather Heist, in its Freighter or Offshore version.
Property management missions
GTA 5 Property Management missions arrive roughly every three days from any business, although that timing is not confirmed. If you take too long or decline, the manager sends a disappointed message.
- Booze or product pick-up (bars and Smoke on the Water): deliver goods in a truck before the timer ends with little damage.
- Van retrieval (Smoke on the Water): recover the van from a deliverer in legal trouble, a bailed driver or a thief.
- Gang assaults (bars and Car Scrapyard): kill every gang member attacking the venue, including those who flee.
- Paparazzi (bars): chase down the paparazzi and recover the camera and phone, ideally without killing them.
- Robbers (bars and cinemas): chase armed thieves and recover the stolen income.
- Flyer promotions (cinemas): Michael spreads flyers from a Mallard and returns the plane.
- Private taxi fares (Downtown Cab Co.): nine fares for Franklin, covered in All Private Fares
The LSPD Auto Impound and McKenzie Field Hangar work differently, because their income depends on how many jobs you do. The impound pays $500 per undamaged vehicle, and the hangar leads to Arms Trafficking Air and Arms Trafficking Ground. The dock also leads to Abigail’s Submarine Pieces and the nuclear waste hunt.
