GTA 5 Mrs Philips is a Strangers and Freaks mission where Trevor Philips finds his mother waiting in his Sandy Shores trailer after the story ends. It only appears if Trevor survives the ending. The task is simple: find a Deludamol Rumpo van and bring it home. The mission gives no reward and does not count toward 100% completion.

How Mrs Philips starts
The mission becomes available after the end credits, in the endings where Trevor stays alive. The Third Way is described as the canon choice. When Trevor enters the trailer, he finds his mother Mrs. Philips inside. She is hurt that he never wrote or visited while she was in prison, then says she is in pain, has no insurance and needs a literal truckload of Deludamol. Trevor leaves to get it. Ron is gone from the porch, but posts on Trevor’s Lifeinvader page soon after.
Until a Deludamol van is delivered, Trevor cannot get into the trailer. If he lingers outside, Mrs. Philips berates him through the locked door.
Where to find the Deludamol Rumpo
Despite the request for a truckload, the Deludamol Rumpo is a van. It can be found outside hospitals and pharmacies:
- Central Los Santos Medical Center (Crusade Road and Innocence Boulevard)
- Mount Zonah Medical Center (Dorset Drive and Dorset Place)
- Pillbox Hill Medical Center (Elgin Avenue, Strawberry Avenue and Swiss Street)
- Dollar Pills, Davis branch
- The Bay Care Center in Paleto Bay (Duluoz Avenue)
- Sandy Shores Medical Center (Mountain View Drive)
- Dollar Pills, Harmony branch
The van may not spawn straight away. Explore for a while or switch characters until it appears. Getting into it begins the second mission, Damaged Goods, where you drive the van back to the trailer.
What happens next
When Trevor returns, his mother has vanished and he ends up crying on the floor. She never appears again, and the game switches control to Franklin. Mrs. Philips is the mother of Trevor and Ryan Philips; the GTA 5 lexicon has more on the family.
