Operation Paper Trail mission 5 walkthrough
The fifth mission is the penultimate job of the strand and is unlocked by the phone call that follows Asset Seizure. Before it starts, ULP explains that part of Cliffford, the AI of Avon Hertz, still sits on archived FIB backup drives that the Duggans have been buying to control gas prices. You must stop a last deal. Targets and places: Mason Duggan, the Mile High Club, the Maibatsu Factory and Elysian Island.
- Go to the construction site and wait for ULP to give you access to the drone cameras.
- Find the keycard, which a Duggan security guard carries. Stay out of the view cones of the armed FIB drones so nobody is alerted.
- Use the keycard on the elevator terminal, then use the keypad to start the elevator. Clear the guards and drones on the next floor and take the next elevator.
- At the top, seize the briefcase with the Cliffford tech while guards and a drone shoot at you.
- Damage Mason Duggan’s helicopter so it has to land, then follow him to the Maibatsu Factory in La Mesa. Duggan pickups chase you on the way.
- Take out Mason, pick up the briefcase and deliver it to the drop-off at the western end of Elysian Island, where two IAA agents wait.
The mission pays $28,800 and 10 RP. You fail if the team runs out of lives, an agent’s car is destroyed or an agent is killed.
