Navy Revolver clue locations
The Slasher leaves five clues. Walking up to one triggers a slow heartbeat, distant screams and whispering, followed by an instruction to examine it. If you arrive in a vehicle, you are told to get out, and to move it if it blocks the clue. The first four can be found in any order.

How to kill the Los Santos Slasher
- Examine all five clues. After the last one, the Slasher sends a threatening text.
- Wait for him to spawn. He only appears in Blaine County at night, between 7 PM and 5 AM, outside your field of view.
- Fight him off. He attacks with his signature machete, and a wide, flat open area such as the Sandy Shores Airfield runway is a sensible place to wait.
- Kill him to get the Navy Revolver, $50,000 on hand and $50,000 in the bank.
Navy Revolver stats and the 50 kill challenge
The Navy Revolver is much like the Heavy Revolver, but it gets no extra damage against vehicles. Its fire rate matches the Heavy Revolver Mk II, with the accuracy and range of the Double-Action Revolver. The reload is a little slower than most revolvers because you drop and replace the cylinder.
Once unlocked, you see a challenge reminder when you log in. Get 50 kills with it to earn $200,000 and unlock the exclusive Lowry’s Revolver in Red Dead Online. Ammu-Nation sells ammo only, 12 rounds for $28.
Known issues
- A glitch can leave the revolver out of Gun Lockers, so it cannot be unequipped for now.
- Eating a peyote plant removes it from the weapon wheel; buy it back from Ammu-Nation for free.
