Mammoth Patriot Stretch design
It is a limousine take on the Patriot and resembles the limo version of the Hummer H2. The body is enlarged, with extra lights on the doors and extended step bars. The rear compartment has a divider at the front, two extra seats on the driver side and a large cabinet on the passenger side. As with the Stretch, occupants simply warp to the extra seats when the rearmost ones are taken.
You pick a primary color for the body and a secondary one for the door handles. A trim color covers the interior stitching, the light strips in the rear section and the extra lights by the windows. The interior lights speed up as the engine revs.
How the Patriot Stretch drives
The extra weight makes it accelerate more slowly than the standard Patriot, and the long wheelbase gives sluggish handling. Slopes, tall barriers and narrow gaps can be a problem. On the plus side, the all-wheel drive makes it better than the Stretch at small obstacles and uneven ground.
