Funeral Party is the fourth Lowriders mission Lamar Davis gives you in GTA Online, and it is built for four players. The team crashes a Vagos funeral procession, switches to a shootout with pistols, then steals two Romero Hearses and drives them to a drop-off in Sandy Shores. It pays 15 JP, plus cash and RP that vary with difficulty and time.

Funeral Party briefing
Lamar tells you to meet him at the Yellow Jack Inn in Sandy Shores and to bring your people. The Vagos are holding a funeral at Hill Valley Church in Great Chaparral for two of their members, Little Al and one unnamed man, both killed in the drive-bys from Community Outreach. Lamar’s plan is to infiltrate it and take what the Vagos are hiding. His claim is that the gang uses hearses as a front to move drugs inside coffins.
How to complete Funeral Party step by step
- Meet Lamar at the Yellow Jack Inn and change into funeral clothes.
- Go to the Los Santos Customs in Harmony, take out the Vagos who are about to leave for the funeral and steal their Emperor.
- Join the back of the Vagos convoy and wait for your team to get in the funeral car.
- Follow the procession to the church and park outside.
- Walk with the procession members to the graveyard. You are unarmed for the service.
- When the service ends, blow your cover and fight the Vagos. Only pistols are allowed here, which Lamar calls a matter of respect.
- Return to the church parking lot and fend off the Vagos who arrive.
- Steal the two Romero Hearses and drive them to the drop-off in Sandy Shores. Vagos chase you and there are roadblocks on the way.
Tips for the hearse getaway
Some players drive a hearse while their teammates help get it to the drop-off. Destroying a hearse fails the mission, so the escape from the pursuing Vagos and the roadblocks is the hard part. The mission also appears in the full list at Career Progress – Lowriders Missions.
