How to get the Rocket Voltic
Firewall Protection needs 20 vehicles. Special Vehicle Work missions are SecuroServ jobs for two to four players, unlocked at Rank 1 once you have completed enough Vehicle Cargo missions. After you complete it, the Rocket Voltic is discounted at the SecuroServ trade price. It is kept in the Underground Garage, and a new one arrives each time it is destroyed.
Rocket boost stats
Press the booster and the car gets a short burst of speed. From standstill it climbs from 0 to around 130 miles per hour in about 1.5 seconds, and at top speed it boosts to around 140. The rocket then needs nine seconds to recharge, and it will not recharge until the car is back on all four wheels. If it flies off a ramp, it keeps recharging once it lands.
Take care with the turbine. It pushes away, and can kill, players or pedestrians standing in front of it, and the burst can send you straight into traffic.
Rocket Voltic design and handling
It is a Voltic with a large rocket engine at the rear, extra intakes by the cabin and a fuel cap on the driver’s side. The interior adds switches, steel foot rests, a padded roll cage and race seats. It shares the electric engine of the normal Voltic, is slightly heavier because of the rocket and still accelerates well. Upgrade prices include Armor Upgrade 100% at $50,000, Race Brakes at $35,000 and EMS Upgrade, Level 4 at $33,500.
