GTA 5 Tonya Wiggins is a Stranger and Freak character who asks Franklin Clinton to cover for JB on tow truck jobs. In GTA 5, Tonya Wiggins and JB grew up with Franklin on Forum Drive in South Los Santos. Her five jobs are all called some form of “Pulling Favors”, and the first one is the only Strangers and Freaks mission you must complete to finish the story.
Key facts
- Home: South Los Santos, San Andreas
- Role: stranger who gives tow truck jobs to Franklin only
- First job: Pulling Favors, unlocked by Repossession
- Voice actress: Brianna Colette
- Reward: Tonya is added as a contact for Franklin
Who is Tonya Wiggins?
Tonya and JB have known Franklin since they went to Davis High School together. Their towing business is close to being taken away by creditors because both of them neglect it. Tonya works outside the liquor store opposite Franklin’s house, and Michael and Trevor can meet her there too, but both turn down her offer.
The five Tonya jobs
- Pulling Favors
- Pulling Another Favor
- Pulling Favors Again (phone call)
- Still Pulling Favors (phone call)
- Pulling One Last Favor
If you finish the last one, Tonya also calls after the mission Friends Reunited.
What the first job unlocks
Completing Pulling Favors opens Chop and Marriage Counseling (if Father/Son is completed first), as well as the second Tonya job, the Paparazzo missions from Paparazzo Beverly and the Grass Roots mission for Michael, covered under Barry Grass Roots.
How to complete Pulling Favors
- Talk to Tonya, then get in the tow truck and drive her to the impound lot at the corner of Innocence and Roy Lowenstein Boulevards. Wait each time for her to climb in.
- Drive to the abandoned car on San Andreas Avenue, in front of Legion Square.
- Back the truck up to the car and lower the hitch. It attaches by itself when close enough, then raise the car.
- Drive carefully back. If you drive wildly or crash, the car comes unhitched and you must hook it up again.
- Pull the car into the red-striped zone, lower it and drop it off.
For the gold medal, finish within 05:00 and keep the car hooked until delivery.
