GTA 5 Nigel and Mrs Thornhill is the first Vinewood Souvenirs mission, a Strangers and Freaks job for Trevor Philips that opens once Friends Reunited is complete. Trevor meets two British tourists in Vinewood Hills who want to collect celebrity belongings, and the whole series ends with a kidnapped action star. The mission does not count toward 100% completion.

Meeting Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill
Trevor finds the pair poking around a stranger’s house. They mistake him for one of their favourite actors, Jock Cranley, and explain they are on holiday and want souvenirs from stars they admire. Trevor agrees to help, and Nigel promises to send the locations of what they want.
The Vinewood Souvenirs series
This first mission opens the rest of the series. Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill send Trevor after items from several celebrities:
- Kerry McIntosh: the collar from her dog
- Willie of Love Fist: a golden tooth
- Mark Fostenburg: his golf club
- Tyler Dixon: his swimming trunks
Trevor attacks the celebrities to get the items and even kills Mark Fostenburg. When he hands the souvenirs over, the couple spot action star Al Di Napoli and ask for help getting him to a private interview in an abandoned garage. Trevor leads a high-speed chase until Di Napoli crashes and is kidnapped.
The ending choice
The GTA 5 Nigel and Mrs Thornhill storyline closes with a decision. After a few days, Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill fear Al will starve, since he refuses to eat. Trevor suggests either releasing him in the countryside or sending him on a trip he cannot come back from. You choose: park the car he is stuck in on the railway line to kill him, or drive to the countryside and let him go. Either way the couple make no further appearances.
Nigel is described as a British tourist from London who also goes by Earl Crazycakes and Sir Fruitcake. The GTA 5 lexicon covers other characters like him.
