Stage by stage
Stage one: the test
Answer the multiple choice test. Your answers do not matter, because the result always says Franklin is frustrated and needs a purpose. Wait a few in-game hours for the email with the password, FUTILITY, then enter it on the website.
Stage two: the word puzzle
Donate 199 dollars, then unscramble letters into words. Once the words are done, a letter is added to a phrase at the bottom of the page, and you must finish that phrase in under a minute. The eleven words, in order:

Stage three: the slide show
Donate 4,999 dollars and watch the slide show to the end, then click the link on the last slide. A couple of minutes later an email arrives with the password ACTUALITY, which you enter on the site.
Stage four: the final test
Make the last donation of 9,999 dollars. The final test only allows Yes or No, so answer Yes (true) to every question. Finishing it gives you the certificate. In GTA 5, the Children of the Mountain T-Shirt then arrives with Brother Adrian’s closing message.
Who are the Children of the Mountain?
The group is a religious movement that Darius Fontaine lost to Brother Adrian in a legal battle. Its headquarters sit at the intersection of Strawberry Avenue and Forum Drive in Strawberry, and a recruiter named Jane preaches next to Rockford Hills City Hall. She insists it is not a cult, unlike the Epsilon Program, which runs a similar online scheme for Michael.
