Kenji Kasen gives this job at Kenji’s Casino in Torrington, Staunton Island. You collect three cars and deliver them in perfect or near-perfect condition, otherwise you are sent to a Pay ‘n’ Spray. The reward is $25,000, and it opens Deal Steal.
- Stinger: courtyard parking lot south of the Liberty Tree office building in Bedford Point
- Cheetah: eastern parking lot of Carson General Hospital in Rockford
- Infernus: parking lot south of Liberty City Memorial Stadium in Aspatria
The mission can no longer be started after Waka-Gashira Wipeout!.
Side missions needed for 100%
- Off-road: Patriot Playground, Multistorey Mayhem, A Ride in the Park, Gripped!
- RC vehicles: Diablo Destruction, Mafia Massacre, Casino Calamity, Rumpo Rampage
- Paramedic: reach and complete Level 12 in one go
- Firefighter: extinguish 60 fires, 20 on each island
- Vigilante: kill 60 criminals, 20 on each island
- Taxi Driver: complete 100 fares
- Import/Export: the emergency vehicle crane, the Portland industrial garage list and the Shoreside Vale suburban garage list
What 100% unlocks
There is no completion reward, but along the way you unlock all guns, armor, health and six police bribes delivered at the safehouse, infinite sprint, pick-ups of almost all vehicles at the three Import/Export sites, and the Borgnine Taxi. Optional extras not required for 100% are delivering 10 Securicars to the Portland Harbor lockup, a “Boss” criminal rating and $999,999,999 in cash.
